SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is a collection of informatics journals from research results in the field, laboratory or library studies by both lecturers and students in the Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Management and Accounting Computerization study programs at the Faculty of Science and Technology (formerly STMIK Cikarang) Panca Sakti University Bekasi

 

The topics of the SIMANTIK Informatics journal are as follows (but not limited to the following topics): Expert System, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Processing, Computer Network Security, Natural Language Processing, Business Process, Cognitive Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Human Computer Interaction, IT Governance, Networking Technology, Optical Communication Technology, New Media Technology, Information Search Engine, Multimedia, Computer Vision, Information Retrieval, Intelligent System, Distributed Computing System, Software Engineering, Programming Methodology and Paradigm, Data Engineering, Information Management, Knowledge Based Management System, Game Technology.

 

Publisher's Duties and Responsibilities

• The publisher of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is responsible for publishing manuscripts that have gone through the editing, review, and layout processes in accordance with the publishing rules of Scientific Journals.
• The publisher of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is responsible for guaranteeing academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties.
• The publisher of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.

 

Editor's Duties and Responsibilities

• The editor of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are worthy of publication through an editorial board meeting that refers to applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
• In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the editorial team of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is based on the principle of equal treatment in making decisions to publish manuscripts without distinguishing between race, gender, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political ideology of the author.
• The editor and editorial team of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscripts or manuscripts except with the permission of the author.
• Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the research editor of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) for their own interests and will be returned directly to the author.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of Peer- Reviewers

• SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts / manuscripts
• SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) Reviewers are responsible for the recommendations of the manuscripts they review.
• Manuscript reviews are carried out objectively, and supported by clear arguments.
• The Reviewers of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) are responsible for citations, references, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the manuscripts they review.
• The Reviewers of the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use information from the manuscripts they review for personal gain/interest.

 

Author's Duties and Responsibilities

• The author must present the manuscript of his/her thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
• The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted for the manuscript that has been written.
• The author must show references from the opinions and works of others that are quoted
• The author must write the manuscript ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.
• The author does not double submit to other journals while the process at the SIMNATIK Informatics Journal (JIS) is still ongoing.
• The author does not mind if his/her manuscript undergoes editing during the review and layout process without changing the substance or main idea of ​​the writing.
